LimeLite Jewellery, an emerging new brand introducing innovative diamond jewellery inspired by nature.
LimeLite Jewellery was launched in 2016. A start-up business with an innovative approach to customizable diamond jewellery, the owners started the business with a focus on private viewings and launch events in prestigious locations. The LimeLite product was very well received and shortly after launching, the owners decided they needed to establish an online presence with full digital assets across web and social media.
With a background in design and sales, the team at LimeLite did not consider themselves experts in marketing, and certainly had limited experience working in a digital marketing era. LimeLite contacted Simfoni’s Digital Marketing team to find out more about what could be done.
Being a startup, the owners had set a limited budget and were keen to see results quickly.

Simfoni Digital Marketing conducted a series of brand strategy meetings with LimeLite to understand both the key brand messaging, unique differentiation of the products and scale of ambition of the owners.
Given the target market for the business, the recommended solution was to develop a website with full eCommerce functionality – catalog, payment gateway, and live customer interactive features, along with a social media portfolio focusing principally on Instagram and Whatsapp being the main channels with which the owners were familiar, and in high use by their customer base.
Another important feature within the solution was the establishment of referral marketing through bloggers and other influencers in the fashion industry. LimeLite chose to retain management of this themselves since they already had good networks and relationships. All other digital marketing was outsourced to Simfoni, including graphic design and content management.
