Role Definition / Key Responsibilities

To support our extensive growth plans in North America market we are recruiting for an Implementation Lead to oversee delivery of our spend management technology solution across client accounts.

• This is a customer-facing role that will require you to lead the planning and execution of platform implementations across our customer base, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• The Implementation Lead will work closely with the Product Team and Account Directors to manage project implementations and provide customers with a clear path to success and with and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• This is a strategic, multifaceted role which requires the individual to manage project milestones and client relationships with the opportunity to take on increased responsibilities and to develop their career within a fast-paced environment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, maintaining clear and consistent communication with all parties involved.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and final reports.
• Manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
• Ensure that project outcomes meet or exceed stakeholder expectations and align with company goals and objectives.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, motivating and mentoring team members as needed.

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience as an Implementation Lead or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and completing projects.
• Familiarity with IT systems and IT and product management protocols.
• Exceptional quality and delivery standards.
• Able to manage multiple activities and supervise the activities of others.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships.
• Understanding of procurement processes such as Strategic Sourcing, Requisition to Pay, Contract Management etc.
• Team-oriented, supports other team members

Key Skills:

• Strong in MS Excel and presentation skills (PowerPoint)
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Experience of electronic sourcing tools
• Strong communication skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
