Role Responsibilities
• Manage multiple Spend Analytics customer accounts using required resources. Including New Implementations and Steady State Accounts.
• Drive team to deliver top quality work, comply to quality, process and automation.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in the customer data to optimize spending, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
• Review, normalize, tag/categorize, and organize data related to spending activities from various sources such as AP, PO, Suppliers, Contracts, and other relevant databases.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across various departments.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis & visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar is strongly preferred.
Requirements

• Prior experience doing Spend Analysis
• Knowledge of Advance Excel, SQL, Power BI, ERP, A/P Systems
• Analytical/ Problem Solving/ Creative

• Fluent English Communication
• Strong Presentation Skills
• Strong Project Management & Stakeholder Management Skills

About You:
• 8 years of experience in Spend Analytics
• Post graduate degree is an advantage
