Simfoni Wins Bronze at the 2023 Stevie® Awards

Award highlights Simfoni's commitment to investing in its talent and the importance of visionary leadership in driving organizational success.

In a celebration of excellence and innovation, Simfoni emerged triumphant at the 2023 Stevie Awards Gala, clinching a bronze medal in the category of “Best Leadership Development Program.” The accolade was awarded for their groundbreaking “Future Fit Leaders” program, which has been a beacon of transformational leadership under the visionary guidance of Chief People Officer at Simfoni, Chrisna Vergottini-Mason. Two of Simfoni’s Future Fit Leader participants, Jen Andretta and Allison Glowacki were in attendance to accept the award on behalf of Vergottini-Mason and Simfoni.

The Future Fit Leaders program is not just another leadership development initiative; it’s a transformative journey that redefines what it means to be a leader in today’s dynamic business landscape. At its core, the program is built on the belief that future leaders must possess a unique set of skills, adaptability, curiosity, and resilience to thrive in an ever-evolving professional landscape.

Under the astute leadership of Chrisna Vergottini-Mason, the program was designed to instill these essential qualities in emerging leaders. Her dedication to nurturing talent within the organization has been a driving force behind the program’s success.

We want to make sure that every individual holds a belief that they can develop their career at Simfoni,” said Vergottini-Mason. And alongside that, we create clear goals and success measures for individuals to understand what success looks like in their current role, and we create a picture of where Simfoni is headed and align that with our employees’ career plans. Our Future Fit Leaders are either high performing individuals, or less experienced managers who have just taken on a team. And through this program we champion and invest in them so that as the company grows, they are then fully equipped and confident to take on greater leadership roles as we scale.”

Two standout Future Fit Leaders represented Simfoni at the gala: Jen Andretta, Director of Sales, and Allison Glowacki, Controller. Their attendance symbolizes the tangible results of Simfoni’s commitment to nurturing leadership talent across all departments within the organization.

In addition to personal and professional development, the program stresses the importance of creating a culture of curiosity within the organization. Chrisna Vergottini-Mason’s unwavering commitment to nurturing leadership talent is a testament to Simfoni’s dedication to fostering an environment where innovation, adaptability, and diversity are celebrated.
