We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and targeted outreach. You will play a critical role in the sales process by engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and setting up high-quality meetings for the sales team using ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and strategic outreach methods.
• Own outbound prospecting efforts through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social selling to engage enterprise decision-makers.
• Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to identify key decision-makers and personalize outreach.
• Leverage ABM strategies to develop tailored messaging and campaigns that resonate with prospects.
• Set up high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs, including the number of meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to refine messaging, target lists, and optimize lead generation strategies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and market insights.
• Proven success in setting appointments using ABM or other targeted outreach strategies.
• Track record of exceeding pipeline generation goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• 2-3 years of experience in business development, outbound lead generation, or sales.
• Experience engaging C-level executives and decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
• Strong ability to craft compelling, personalized messaging and handle objections.
• Thrives in a high-performance, competitive environment with a drive to succeed.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales outreach tools (SalesLoft, HubSpot Sales Pro, etc.) is desirable.
• Familiarity with procurement technology or enterprise software sales is a huge bonus!
