Role Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to multitask. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support
• Lead on end-to-end recruitment for all India hirings including but not limited to preparing JDs, job post management on hiring platforms, coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates and hiring managers to help ensure a smooth recruitment experience
• Keep our hiring data trackers up to date
• Assist with basic screenings and pre-employment checks.

Onboarding
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding paperwork
• Help new joiners feel welcome by coordinating inductions and ensuring everything is set up for Day 1
• Update HR systems with new hire information accurately and on time, taking ownership of all admin HRMS duties including but not limited to attendance management, leave management, issuing letters and more
• Work closely with finance to ensure payroll processing for new joiners is seamless.

Offboarding
• Support exit formalities, schedule exit interviews, and ensure all documentation is completed
• Update systems, coordinate access removal, and help ensure a smooth transition.

Learning & Development (L&D) Admin
• Manage LMS related activities such as enrolment, attendance tracking, reporting and learner support requests
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for learning initiatives. This includes calendars invites, communications, reminders, certificates, pulse surveys to ensure positive learning experiences
• Knowledge Management and assist to publish/update learning assets; manage version control and archives on SharePoint
• Support performance review enablement, through communications, template creation and reporting.

Reporting & Data Management
• Keep employee records and Talent systems up to date
• Prepare reports and dashboards for analysis for recruitment, onboarding, exits & training
• Assist with audits and ensure data accuracy at all times.

General Talent Team Support
• Support employee engagement activities and surveys
• Help with policy communication and documentation
• Liaise with platform vendors and service providers for support, troubleshooting, manage contracts, licenses, renewals, and budget tracking; reconcile invoices and more
• Pitch in on Talent projects as they come up.

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in HR coordination, people operations, or similar roles.
• Strong organizing skills and a love for detail.
• Clear and friendly communication, both written and verbal.
• Comfort with tools like Excel/Sheets and experience with HRIS/ATS and LMS is a plus.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in payroll management is desirable but not a must.
• Highly motivated individual who displays initiative.
• Strong rapport and relationship building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a way to demonstrate Simfoni’s core values.
