We’re looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals eager to accelerate their career in enterprise sales and master the latest tools in AI-driven outreach and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).

Role Summary:

Build Simfoni’s AI-Powered Growth Engine

Simfoni is entering a new phase of growth — leveraging AI, automation, and precision targeting to reach high-intent procurement and finance leaders across our ICP. We are looking for a Demand Generation Leader who can architect and execute a modern, AI-powered demand engine that fuels predictable pipeline four our line of leading spend management solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI, ABM, intent data, and integrated outbound — and wants to build a machine that scales.

What You’ll Own (Core Responsibilities):

1. Architect an AI-Powered Demand Engine

  • Help build and lead Simfoni’s demand generation strateg, integrating new and existing AI tools (including: Reply.io Jason SDR, Clay, Gong Engage, ZoomInfo Intent, Online Advertising platforms, HubSpot, SEMrush, and others) to deliver hyper-targeted, personalized outreach at scale.
  • Develop scalable, multi-touch campaigns that blend inbound, outbound, ABM, intent signals, and AI research/personalization.

2. Run a High-Performance ABM Program

  • Own intent-surveillance across our ICP (manufacturing, F&B).
  • Launch integrated ABM plays that activate high-intent accounts with personalized messaging, tailored content, and AI-enhanced research.
  • Partner with Sales on joint ABM motions that accelerate engagement and conversion.

3. Turn Intent Signals Into Pipeline

  • Operationalize ZoomInfo keyword signals to trigger automated outbound sequences, content journeys, and SDR activation.
  • Build workflows that identify and activate: new executive hires, cost-reduction initiatives, supply chain disruptions, ERP migrations, M&A activity, and procurement transformation triggers.

4. Drive High-Velocity Outbound With Sales

  • Partner closely with SDR/BDR teams to deliver AI-powered sequences, personalization layers, and persona-specific messaging built for reply conversion.
  • Use Gong AI to surface winning talk tracks, objections, and patterns that inform messaging and campaign optimization.

5. Own Paid Media + Organic AEO Strategy

  • Lead all paid digital efforts with a focus on efficiency and high-intent targeting (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic).

6. Pipeline, Analytics & Revenue Outcomes

  • Own pipeline contribution targets across inbound, ABM, and outbound channels.
  • Create dashboards, scorecards, and attribution models in HubSpot/SFDC that show funnel health, velocity, conversion, and ROI across campaigns.
  • Constantly test, learn, refine, and optimize to improve CAC efficiency and pipeline quality.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work tightly with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and CS to ensure cohesive messaging and go-to-market alignment.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate new features, use cases, and value into demand-generating campaigns.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

  • 5–10+ years leading B2B SaaS demand generation (Procurement tech, supply chain, or analytics experience = a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale modern demand programs using AI tools, ABM platforms, and intent data.
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Reply.io, Gong, and paid platforms (LinkedIn/Google).
  • Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and accelerating revenue outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable owning dashboards, conversion metrics, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Highly skilled at converting complex value propositions into simple, compelling messaging.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, outcomes-driven environment.
  • Big bonus: experience building AI-powered workflows, personalization frameworks, or automated outbound programs.
