We’re looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals eager to accelerate their career in enterprise sales and master the latest tools in AI-driven outreach and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
Role Summary:
As a BDR at Simfoni, you’ll be at the front line of our growth engine — identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers using data-driven ABM strategies and modern prospecting technologies. You’ll combine creativity, analytics, and persistence to generate high-quality meetings for our sales team and shape the first impression of Simfoni with enterprise prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through calls, email, LinkedIn, and social channels to engage enterprise procurement and finance leaders.
• Use ABM frameworks to identify target accounts, map key decision-makers, and craft highly personalized outreach.
• Leverage AI-powered prospecting tools (e.g., Jason AI SDR, Reply.io, 6sense, ZoomInfo) to automate and scale outreach while maintaining personalization.
• Partner with Marketing to align campaigns, refine ICP lists, and create messaging that resonates across verticals and personas.
• Set up qualified meetings and discovery calls that lead to high conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
• Track and optimize outreach performance using CRM and engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, etc.).
• Continuously test and iterate messaging, outreach sequences, and engagement tactics to maximize impact.
• Stay current on procurement technology trends, AI innovations, and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of experience in outbound lead generation, BDR/SDR roles, or enterprise sales development.
• Proven track record of exceeding pipeline and meeting targets using ABM and targeted prospecting strategies.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven sales tools (e.g., Jason AI SDR, Reply.io, Outreach, 6sense, or similar) a highly desired (bonus!)
• Skilled in research and personalization — able to tailor messaging to C-level executives and procurement decision-makers.
• Experience with CRM and engagement platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong Engage, etc.) to run outbound campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, confident, and curious approach.
• Prior experience in procurement, SaaS, or B2B technology sales is a plus.
• Comfortable with high outbound call volumes when necessary to attain weekly targets.

• Achieve and exceed KPIs for meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Demonstrate increasing autonomy with outreach strategy, ABM execution, and AI tool utilization.
• Grow into senior sales or account executive roles based on performance and contribution.
