We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Consultant to join our team and play a crucial role in driving sales, ensuring customer success, and fostering strong partnerships.

As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering compelling product demonstrations to prospective customers, and existing clients, and to further enable sales engagements with our strategic partners. You will leverage your deep understanding of our spend management software and its capabilities to showcase its value in addressing customer pain points and driving tangible business outcomes.

Role Definition / Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Product Demos: Deliver captivating and informative product demonstrations of Simfoni’s spend management solutions to potential customers, existing clients, and strategic partners. Tailor the demos to meet the specific needs and objectives of each audience
• Understand Customer Requirements: Collaborate with the sales team, customer success managers, and partners to deeply understand customer requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes. Translate this understanding into effective demonstrations that highlight how our solution addresses their needs
• Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing pre-sales support, including support on RFP development, conducting proof-of-concept (POC) exercises, and creating compelling sales collateral that showcases the unique value proposition of Simfoni’s products and solutions
• Drive Customer Success: Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales. Share valuable insights and customer feedback gathered during demos to facilitate successful implementation and adoption of our solution
• Partner Enablement: Collaborate with strategic partners to train and enable their teams on Simfoni’s products and solutions. Conduct joint demonstrations and provide technical guidance to partners to ensure they can effectively position and sell our solutions
• Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Simfoni’s spend management software and its latest features, enhancements, and industry trends. Stay updated on competitor offerings and market dynamics to effectively position our solution
• Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to the product management team regarding customer requirements, market trends, and areas for product enhancement or refinement. Continuously improve your demo techniques and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.


• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
• Proven experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or in a similar customer-facing technical role
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during customer interactions
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering software product demonstrations and creating impactful sales collateral
• Solid understanding of spend analytics, eSourcing, and tail spend management-related procurement processes, and related technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers and partners
• Willingness to travel as needed to support customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements
• Product knowledge of Source to Pay Software systems such as (Coupa, Ariba etc.) as a user, sales, or implementation
• Background in teaching or training is a plus.
