Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced project coordinator to join our team for SaaS implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and strong communication abilities to effectively manage the project and communicate with clients.
Role & Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success Teams to develop project plans, timelines, and scope.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that project milestones are met within the given timelines and budget.
• Track project risks and issues, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Manage project communications with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure everyone is kept up to date on project progress.
• Conduct regular status meetings with the client project team to keep everyone aligned and informed.
• Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet client expectations.
• Prepare project documentation such as status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans.
• Facilitate effective communication between the client and the project team to ensure project success.
• Provide guidance and support to the Operations team to ensure successful completion of project tasks.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in SaaS implementation projects.
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage project risks and issues.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of SaaS implementation methodologies and project management frameworks, such as Agile or Waterfall.

| Base Location | Mexico based. This role is 100% remote work from home but may be required to be in a regional Simfoni office from time to time. |
