Role Responsibilities
• Lead, inspire and support your cross-functional, agile team to deliver customer value day in and day out.
• Represent and champion the end user and business needs to engineering and quality teams.
• Create, own, and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria, used to describe the desired outcome we are striving for
• Be up to date on the latest technology trends and best practices to be able to offer creative and innovative ideas as we design and implement product solutions.
• Support internal and external communication, training and documentation to ensure new enhancements and product capabilities are understood and implemented.
• Own and coordinate release planning, ensuring every release delivers maximum outcomes for customers, end users and/or the business
• Identify and support continuous improvement of our product development processes
• Manage and support cross-product dependencies where applicable
• Partner with the Product Manager and Head of Product to deliver the product roadmap and product vision

Your Ideal Professional Background:
• 2+ years experience in product management/ownership and/or software business analysis, having direct experience in software development lifecycle management.
• Candidates that have experience in fintech, procurement and/or analytics software will be preferred. Minimum: experience in B2B/SaaS software.
• Experience operating in iterative or Agile methodologies (e.g., scrum, kanban).
• Ideally, direct experience collaborating with customers and end users to gather intelligence, feedback and requirements that inform solution design.
