This is a senior level positions focused on developing Simoni’s Alliances ecosystem comprising Consulting, Technology, Financial Services and Group Purchasing (GPO) partners.
The role is focused on fostering deep business relationships with partners with the objective of being their partner of choice for spend management solutions that yields a robust sales pipeline and secured revenue for the mutual benefit of Simfoni and our partners.
You will lead partner engagement activity, overseeing design and delivery of engagement plans, CRM, marketing and event planning and pipeline and financial performance of partner accounts.
More specifically, you will contribute to product presentations, solution design and proposals. This requires you to work across Simfoni functions, including the Spend Automation and Strategic Spend service lines to leverage product offerings and capabilities to address the requirements of our partners and end customers.

Direct experience working in an alliances role, or experience of working alongside an alliance function is desirable but not critical. Above all, we value aptitude and the willingness to drive our business forward.

• Manage sales pipelines, reporting and key metrics

• Knowledge of the procurement / spend management domain and relevant technologies
• Able to define solutions to address requirements
• Has established networks across relevant partner ecosystems
• Strong in content creation and presentation delivery – meaning you can create PPT and other presentations formats to a credible level
• Team-oriented, supports other team members and their development
• Strong English business fluency (written and verbal). Fluency in other languages is desirable

|Travel and working hours||Working days and hours will be defined in the employment contract. The standard working week is 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday through Friday. Due to the nature of the work, the post holder is expected to be flexible around working hours, but Simfoni promotes self-managed work/life balance as a company value. The role requires flexibility in terms of work location and travel, which will depend upon the nature of partner engagement activity. The role may require travel between regional Simfoni office locations in the US and client sites in the UK and Europe and further afield.|
